What is a line?
More lines,

A few more images that got me thinking about what a line is in relation to architecture. I love how perfect architectural structures can be, the masiveness of especially the third picture down is olverwhelmingly perfect. The images portray elements of pattern and all have a flowing element about them, more so because of the photography skills used to capture them so crisply.

What is a line?
Stop motion animations,

I'm strongly thinking about the idea of creating a stop motion animation with a cardboard structure much like the on I photographed and reworked in illustrator. Here are a few examples of videos made using the technique. Although not particularly relevant to 'what is a line', they're all particularly good.

What is a line?
Imagery,

A load of images I came across in my unorganised mess I call an 'inspirational imagery' folder. Unfortunately due to the unorganisation I've lost a lot of the artist names and links out to the source. Bummer :/

What is a line?
Installation.

A few photos I took last year whilst visiting the Tate Britain. This was an installation running throughout several rooms, an abundance of eccentric geometric shapes and lines throwing themselves amongst the wandering public.
In terms of purpose, I'm not too sure it served much point but I absolutely love some of the compositions and the sheer scale of the project. - Definitely an angle to consider seeing as I'm pushing my project in a very abstract and 3d direction.
