Future Clocks,
Polk. have come up with several 'future clock' designs along with various other flash creations. Some of their takes on this art are rather imaginative, I could imagine the top example to work quite well in watch format. It's surprising how little the way we display time varies, although some of these would be rediculous in terms of everyday use.

Light touch projector,
I'm intrigued by the projector more so than the concept. It manages to produce a 10 inch WVGA resolution image at a surprisingly short distance using this holographic technology. Where will the screen take us next...

Matilda Saxow,
... a Swedish graphic designer and art director based in London, with degrees from the Royal College of Art and the London College of Communications. Her website is beautifully simple, a straight forward left hand menu, with a large .gif flipping between two vibrant patterns as the main focus of the screen.
Grid-A-Licious,
Website template,
Available here, Grid-A-Licious is an extremely simple and beautifully laid out website template. As mentioned in the description, it is well recognised within the design world, if anything slightly over used. Nonetheless the design is very crisp, executing perfect grid use.

HAUS HOCH,
'HAU'S HOCH' is spectacular adaption of the ring–the–bell game, commonly found at fun fairs and carnivals. This interactive genius arose from the University of Mannheim in 2008, the project was led by Johannes Brückner & Bernhard Pompey.

Multi touch light table,
GERGWERK,
Jason Tozer,
Website,
I came across Jason Tozers (photographer) website, although not overly keen on some of his works, I really like the impact the website has upon entry. It's almost on the verge of being too cluttered with the clash of typeface and ever changing point size but it does however, have an element of conformity with the colour scheme doing the design a lot of justice.
His 'Elements' projects did intrique me and I would recommend checking them out here.

Audiopad,
Although fairly old in terms of technology timescale, Audiopad is a composition and performance instrument for electronic music which tracks the positions of objects on a tabletop surface and converts their motion into music.
The video below captures Audiopad in use at the Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona as part of the Sonar 2003 Festival of Advanced Music and Multimedia Art.

Interactive display window concept,
Interactive Window Concept made for the module Advanced Interface Design at Hyper Island hosted by North Kingdom.
Collection 100,
CMYK Pen,
Beautiful.
...and given it's only a concept pen, the 3D rendering by Roma Lubimov is pretty amazing. More really cutting work on the website.

...t.y.p.o.r.g.a.n.i.s.m...
Rather than me describing the aims of this website in great detail, the description is a much more entertaining interactive flash script that will inform you further. What I will say is that they experiment with type on various levels, treating text like an 'organism' reacting in different ways to certain constaints.
The home page mimics a microscope slide and links the menu to coloured cells in this view that constantly move regardless off user interaction. I really like the script that looks at weighting of text and allows you to weigh different fonts, sizes and weights. Endin up with something like this...

Tim Fishlock,
I came aross Tim Fishlock through a rather interesting experimental music video working soley with minimal shape and vibrant colour. His vimeo account uneartherd quite a fun little video demoing 'an interactive sound toy and compositional tool' called, Dapper. I'll let the video description explian the rest, but I just thought it was pretty cool. In all honesty once the board starts to come together with these 'visual sounds', I feel the colours don't do the design much justice.
Google Maps 5.0 for Android,
Google's latest update in satellite navigational systems for android - Tilt, rotate and zoom smoother than ever before! As a non-android civilian alot of these new apps and programmes go over my head, but made me look twice. The graphics look impecible and the 'compass mode' really twists up the standard way of presenting GPS mapping on such devices.

Sagmeister.com
I love the concept of this homepage, it is simply a live webcam attached to the ceiling of Stefan Sagmeister's working studio, using vinyl stickers stuck to the floor as website navigation.
Still a really crisp, tidy design once you get further into the studio website. Obviously sporting some impeccible design works...

FIVe3D,
[Click the picture for link]
As a flash 'n00b' this kind of action scripting and what not kind of baffels me at the moment (an area I wish to improve upon in coming years)! But nonetheless I can still appreciate some of the interactive aspects of these little flash creations. The site has a fair few little 'apps' so to speak, and are offered as free downloads for those who know how to tame them.
Fruityloops,
As an avid music lover, I have spent a fair few years now listening to, and mixing music in a very different light. This light came to shine as a result of me trying my hand at producing my on music using various digital studios.
Anyway, what I'm trying to get at is how the interfaces and visuals of these programmes I used changed the way I think about and 'look at' music today..
Unfortunately, once I decided to immerse myself into the realms of graphic design I ditched the music making and with it all the software, mainly due to lack of harddrive space. My next job is to ring up a few mates I know still work with this software and get a few detailed screen shots with some of the VST's, Synths and general software used.

First place film,
A graduation film at Bezalel, the Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem. This short film went on to become the winner of the 2010 Haifa film festival for best animated film.
I really like the simple, subtle use of colour and circles forming accurate geometric shapes, whilst at the same time exploring constantly re-arranging abstract compositions to form more detailed imagery.
